Hitesh Patel
Hitesh Patel is the Founder of Teenvercity — and a man who has spent two decades building not just structures, but systems, teams, and legacies.
As Director of Suryam Group, Ahmedabad's leading real estate developer, he has overseen more than 30 successful projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and weekend home sectors — with three more currently in progress. His career began with Bajaj Auto Ltd. where he served as Assistant Manager (2001–2004), before stepping into entrepreneurship in 2005 and never looking back.
What distinguishes Hitesh is not just what he has built, but how he thinks about building. A proactive problem-solver with a relentless pursuit of opportunities, he combines strategic vision with operational excellence — a rare quality that has shaped his approach to everything from real estate development to mentoring the next generation of business leaders.
At Teenvercity, Hitesh brings what textbooks cannot: the lived experience of starting from nothing, scaling through turbulence, and building something that outlasts you. His belief — “clarity is power” — is the philosophy that runs through every Teenvercity session.

Munjal Patel
Munjal Patel is the Co-Founder and Training Architect of Teenvercity — the mind behind every session structure, every curriculum framework, and the deeply human approach to learning that defines Teenvercity's experience.
As Founder of Aiden Consultancy and Services, he has spent more than 15 years at the intersection of business systems and human behaviour — working with MSMEs to bridge the gap between current performance and true potential. His belief is simple: business growth is not accidental; it is designed through the right systems, mindset, and leadership alignment.
Munjal's work goes beyond training. He is a certified practitioner of psychology-based frameworks, a career counsellor certified by UCLA Extension, and a practitioner of Access Consciousness and Theta Healing. What makes him exceptional is his ability to translate complex behavioural science into practical tools that people actually use — in the boardroom, in the classroom, and in life.
At Teenvercity, Munjal has architected the complete 24-session IGNITE and ASCEND curricula — ensuring every topic, every activity, and every assignment builds toward one thing: a young person who is genuinely, unmistakably ready.
Every session we build at Teenvercity answers one question: will this young person be able to use this in a real decision within 30 days? If the answer is no, we rebuild it until it is.
Dhruvil Patel
Dhruvil Patel is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Teenvercity — the operational force who turns vision into reality. A Civil Engineer, Construction Consultant, and Investor, Dhruvil represents exactly the kind of young leader Teenvercity is built to shape: technically excellent, commercially sharp, and always moving.
With a B.E. in Civil Engineering from GTU Apollo Institute and a foundation in site engineering at SMPS Infra Pvt. Ltd. (2020–2022), Dhruvil has overseen and completed 9 successful projects across commercial, residential, industrial, bungalow, and weekend villa sectors — with 7 more currently in progress. As Partner at Vidhani Consultant since 2021 and Shiv Shakti Enterprise since 2024, he has demonstrated that business is not just about credentials — it is about results.
What makes Dhruvil distinctive is his dynamic, fast-moving approach to business. He combines technical depth with entrepreneurial instinct — understanding that money management and profitability are not afterthoughts but core disciplines. His belief: if you are not the first mover, be the fastest one.
