Teenvercity is India's first business readiness programme designed exclusively for the next generation of leaders, entrepreneurs, and legacy carriers — ages 13 to 25.
We are a structured, year-long cohort experience where young minds develop real-world business skills, mindset, and clarity. Two immersive sessions every month. Four industrial visits every year. One real project that spans the entire year — solo, in a group, or embedded within a family business.
We don't teach from textbooks. We teach from boardrooms, factory floors, and the real decisions that shape real businesses. Because that's where learning actually sticks.

Our Story
Born from a Gap
the World Couldn't Fill.
Teenvercity began with a question no one was answering. With a generation of business owners watching their legacies grow uncertain, and a generation of young people full of potential but starved of direction — someone had to build the bridge.
We looked at the 42-year-old business owner who had built something real with his hands — and his quiet fear that the next generation might not be ready to carry it forward. We looked at the 16-year-old who knew she wanted to build something, but had never once been taught how a business actually runs.
We looked at the 22-year-old already inside the family business — fighting daily with his father not from lack of love, but from lack of a shared business language. No common framework. No neutral ground.
Teenvercity was the answer to all three.
We launched in Gujarat — because Gujarat is where business runs in the blood. Where every household has a story of enterprise, sacrifice, and inheritance. Where the stakes of getting this right are personal, not theoretical.
Starting here, we intend to go everywhere. Because every city in India — and eventually every city in the world — has young people who deserve clarity before the world asks them to perform.

As Director of Suryam Group, Ahmedabad's leading real estate developer, he has overseen more than 30 successful projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and weekend home sectors.
