About Teenvercity
3 questionsWhat exactly is Teenvercity?
Teenvercity is India's first business readiness programme built exclusively for ages 13–25. It's a structured, year-long cohort experience — not coaching, not tutoring, not college prep. Two sessions a month and one real year-long project, led by practitioners in business.
Where does Teenvercity operate?
We launched in Ahmedabad, Gujarat — because Gujarat is where business runs in the blood. We intend to grow across India and reach every major business community globally.
Who founded Teenvercity and why?
Teenvercity was founded by practitioners — people inside real businesses — who saw a clear gap: the business world had changed, but the preparation for young people hadn't. The programme was built to close that gap for ages 13–25.
Programmes — IGNITE & ASCEND
5 questionsWhat is IGNITE?
IGNITE is for ages 13–18. It covers business basics, financial literacy, communication, time management, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence. The aim: give young people the clarity and foundation that most people only get at 25 — when a job forces them to figure it out.
What is ASCEND?
ASCEND is for ages 18–25. It's a leadership-level programme covering people management, accounts and finance, strategic thinking, legacy planning, executive communication, and generational leadership — designed for those who are already in the game and want to lead it.
How do I know which programme is right for my child?
Simple: IGNITE is for ages 13–18, ASCEND is for ages 18–25. If you're unsure, book a free 20-minute discovery call — we'll help you identify the right fit based on where your child is right now.
Can a student do both IGNITE and ASCEND?
Yes. Many students who complete IGNITE go on to ASCEND when they reach 18. The two programmes are designed to be sequential — IGNITE builds the foundation, ASCEND builds the leadership layer on top of it.
Is there a Family Business Track?
The family business dimension runs through both programmes — particularly in the year-long project, which can be embedded directly inside a family business. ASCEND's generational leadership module is specifically designed for those inside or inheriting a family business.
Format & Schedule
4 questionsHow many sessions are there per month?
Two sessions per month, three hours each. Sessions are immersive, discussion-based, and led by practitioners who work in the real world — not academics.
What is the year-long project?
Every student completes one year-long project — solo, in a group, or embedded within a family business. At year-end, the project is presented to a mentor panel of experienced business leaders. This is the proof of learning — not a certificate, not an exam. A real outcome.
How long is the programme?
One full year. The commitment is intentional — real learning requires time. Sessions run across 12 months, with two sessions per month.
Where are sessions held?
Sessions are held in Ahmedabad, Gujarat for the current cohort. Location details are confirmed during the onboarding process.
Enrolment
5 questionsHow do I enroll?
Submit the enrollment form on our Enroll page. Our team reviews every application personally and responds within 24 hours. We'll then schedule a brief confirmation call and share payment and onboarding details.
Are seats limited?
Yes. Each cohort has a fixed number of seats to maintain the quality of experience. We strongly recommend enrolling early once you have decided.
When does the next cohort start?
The 2025 cohort starts in July 2025 in Ahmedabad. Submit your enrollment form to secure your place.
What happens after I submit the enrollment form?
Our team reviews your application within 24 hours, followed by a 10-minute confirmation call to answer any remaining questions. You then secure your seat with payment and receive your onboarding pack and cohort schedule.
I'm not sure yet — can I ask questions first?
Absolutely. Book a free 20-minute discovery call. It's a conversation, not a sales pitch. We'll listen to where your child is, explain both programmes clearly, and tell you honestly whether Teenvercity is the right fit.
For Parents
4 questionsMy child is in school — will this interfere with academics?
No. Two sessions per month are designed to fit around school schedules. Teenvercity is not a replacement for academic education — it is the layer that schools were never designed to provide.
My child is already in our family business. Is this relevant?
Yes, especially ASCEND. The generational leadership module and the family-business project track were built specifically for this situation. Many of the sharpest conflicts between founders and successors come from a lack of shared business language — ASCEND builds exactly that.
What will my child actually walk away with after a year?
A real portfolio project presented to a mentor panel. Practical frameworks for business, finance, communication, and leadership. A peer network of similarly driven young people. And clarity — the kind most people spend their 20s searching for.
Is this just another extracurricular activity?
No. Teenvercity is a year-long commitment with real deliverables. It requires engagement, effort, and follow-through. Students who treat it as just another activity will not get as much from it as those who treat it as an investment.
